Tracking Your Sun Basket

Once your Sun Basket has shipped, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Keep an eye out for an email with the subject: "Sun Basket Delivery on its Way!"

We use several delivery carriers to ship Sun Basket's which includes FedEx, OnTrac, UDS (United Delivery Service), Lasership, and Dicom.

The carrier is based on ship location and date. You can always call/email us to see if we offer a different carrier for your area (This will most likely result in a change in your delivery date).

If FedEx is your delivery provider, we highly recommend signing up for FedEx delivery manager to better track your package when in route.

  • Hold your delivery at a FedEx location
  • Request to redirect your delivery to a FedEx locations
  • Customize delivery times
  • Request to deliver to another address
  • Sign for a package remotely
  • Request a vacation hold
  • Receive delivery notification
