Skipping A Delivery (Computer/Desktop)

If you are going to be out of town or would simply like to skip a certain week's delivery, please log in to your Sun Basket account and go to:

On your Delivery Schedule page, single-click Skip next to any week you do not want a delivery.

Click Yes, Skip to save. This will skip your delivery and we won't bill or send you anything.


The skip button will turn red and will be marked "Unskip". You have successfully skipped your upcoming week's order.

If you do decide to skip, we'd love to hear your feedback! Keep an eye out for the feedback box to pop up at the bottom corner of your screen.

I skipped an order on accident. How do I reschedule?

To change your mind and unskip the delivery, click the red Unskip Delivery button.
(This will reschedule your order with our default menu)

Since we work hard weeks in advance to procure the freshest ingredients, if you miss our weekly cutoff and didn't skip your basket, we're unable to pull the delivery from production. We can provide a one time $20 dollar credit in the event you missed our deadline or forgot to skip your order. The cutoff time to skip a delivery, make any changes to a delivery, or cancel your subscription is on Thursday 12 pm PST/ 3 pm EST, the week before your scheduled delivery date.

We understand sometimes you're just too busy to remember to skip your order, so we decided to come out with a new feature, notifications via text messaging. You can sign up for our weekly SMS notifications by following this
link. We also have an iOS app for iPhone users that you can find in the app store.
